Scope
This statement applies to the website promptopoly.com and the associated web app, operated by ma-kom agentur UG (haftungsbeschränkt). We are committed to making our services accessible to as many people as possible, in accordance with the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG) and the EU Accessibility Directive.
Accessibility Status
This website is partially compliant with the WCAG 2.1 Level AA requirements. We are continuously working to improve accessibility.
Accessible Features
- Semantic HTML structure with correct heading hierarchies
- Keyboard operability for all interactive elements
- Sufficient color contrast (text to background at least 4.5:1)
- Descriptive alt text for images and icons
- ARIA labels for complex UI components
- Responsive design supporting zoom up to 200 %
- Clear focus indicators for keyboard navigation
Known Barriers
The following limitations are known to us and are being addressed progressively:
- Some dynamic content in the web app is not fully functional with JavaScript disabled
- The prompt runner interface uses complex interactions that are partially optimizable for screen readers
