Right of Withdrawal
This notice applies to consumers within the meaning of section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) who enter into a paid PROMPTOPOLY subscription (Plus or Pro). The German version of this notice is legally binding.
Withdrawal right
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

Exercising the right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (ma-kom agentur UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Merkelbach 12, 74541 Vellberg, Germany, mail@promptopoly.com, phone +49 (0) 7907 4090918) by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form, although this is not mandatory.
You may also declare the withdrawal electronically in your account under Account & Billing → Revoke contract. If you make use of this option, we will send you confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal without delay (e.g. by email).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
Early commencement of the service
PROMPTOPOLY is activated immediately after the contract is concluded. So that we may begin performance before the withdrawal period expires, you expressly confirm during the order process that we should start providing the service straight away.
Your right of withdrawal remains in place for the full fourteen days. If you withdraw within this period, we will refund the amount paid in full. We do not charge compensation for value for the service used up to the point of withdrawal, and we do not invoke an early expiry of the right of withdrawal. This undertaking deliberately goes beyond the statutory minimum and matches exactly what our system actually does: a withdrawal within fourteen days of the conclusion of the contract automatically triggers a full refund.
